Cost: $150 per golfer, $600 per foursome

Eagle Packages: $20 per player for 2 mulligans, 10 raffle tickets, a putting contest and a celebrity drive

The winning team will qualify four players to represent Metro Kansas City at the National FCA Golf Scramble Championship at TCP Sawgrass in Florida on November 19-21, 2010.
