FCA Huddle Leaders are the most important part of our summer camps, providing leadership, atmosphere, love and encouragement for our campers. College students and graduating seniors make up most of our huddle leader teams. Huddle leader expectations include:
 --Leading a “Huddle” of 8-12 campers (all your gender) for the duration of camp
--Building life-changing relationships with your Huddle
--Making camp efficient and flexible by keeping your Huddle on time and on task
--Leading Huddle discussions and sharing your personal experience and knowledge
--Praying for your Huddle before, during and after camp
--Participating in camp skits, competitions, classes and team builders as asked by camp leadership
--Creating camp atmosphere and energy
